Overview: This is a 2 day workshop which aims to develop Level 4 knowledge, skills and competencies for safeguarding children and adults at risk so that participants can undertake the roles and responsibilities for taking a lead safeguarding role within their organisation. The afternoon session is designed to help managers understand the legal, financial, and ethical implications of employee wellbeing and inclusion, laying the foundation for a happy and high-performing workforce.
At the CMSUK "The Identity Journey" Conference 2025, we delve into the profound process of rediscovering one’s identity after an accident. This conference is dedicated to exploring how individuals navigate the significant physical, mental, and emotional changes brought about by life-altering events.
Our packed program will feature a series of inspiring presentations and candid discussions, offering deep insights into personal stories of resilience, adaptation, and growth. Attendees will hear from those who have faced immense challenges and will gain valuable perspectives on the journey to rebuild one's sense of self.
"The Identity Journey" Conference will highlight the diverse impacts of accidents on personal identity, covering both the physical changes and the complex mental health aspects. We aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the emotional and psychological toll these experiences can have not only on individuals but also on their families, colleagues, and communities.
At the conference, we are excited to announce that the exhibition will be held in one massive hall, accommodating 54 exhibitors. This centralised area will provide ample space for all participants to showcase their services and products, ensuring maximum exposure and interaction with attendees.
