Anton Grimes has been with McElmeel Mobility for nearly 10 years, serving as General Manager for 8 of those years. He leads a third-generation family business—the oldest of its kind in the UK and beyond—that has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) for the Motability Scheme.

With hands-on experience and deep knowledge in product development, vehicle testing, stage 1 conversions, and stage 2 adaptations, Anton is an expert in all things WAV. He can guide you through the world of assisted and unassisted WAVs, “Drive-From” solutions, and complex or bespoke adaptations. Whether your client’s journey is through the Motability Scheme or a private purchase, Anton is here to help plan the best possible outcome for them.
