SOLD OUT - Evidencing Competency: What case managers need to know

One of the strengths of case management is the diversity of backgrounds that contribute to this community of professionals.  Although there is such a variety of backgrounds, case managers have some commonly shared skills, competencies, experiences, and knowledge.

Case Managers already need to demonstrate competence for registration with their various professional and regulatory bodies. With the anticipation of a registration process specifically for Case Managers, this workshop will provide a stepping-stone.

Who is this workshop for?

All Case managers irrespective of professional qualifications and/or vocational background.

Why this workshop?

Case Managers are required to demonstrate competence in order to register/re-register with their professional and regulatory bodies. This workshop will provide unique planning and reflective opportunities to support this. It will cover how each case manager, irrespective of their professional background, can clearly articulate and demonstrate competencies and experiences to evidence against the required standards.

What will I learn?

The workshop will provide tools for individuals to demonstrate their own professional experiences as evidence towards competency standards. The workshop is lead by Professor Meyer, a leading expert in teamwork and leadership. Professor Meyer, contributed to the initial collaboration between CMSUK, BABICM AND VRA, to produce the original Case Management Standards.

How will I benefit from this workshop?

You will feel confident that you will be able to sufficiently evidence that you have met accreditation requirements.
