CMSUK are excited to welcome back Tracey Clarke from Virtual Administration and Janet Taylor from PINC Management, who will be presenting; "From CQC Registration Through Getting Inspection Ready - A Case Study".

This webinar will highlight a case study of a Case Manager who has been through CQC registration application, initial interview and getting inspection ready - outlining their experience of the whole process.

Tracey Clarke, Director, Virtual Administraton

Tracey is founder of Virtual Administration set up in 2006, with a team of 14 Virtual PAs specialising in supporting Case Managers and Independent Therapists with their day to day admin.

Tracey’s background in local government and health administration has allowed her to diversify the service offering, providing the GDPR Data Protection Compliancy Plan, support with CQC registration and getting inspection ready, along with business continuity planning


Janet Taylor, Paediatric Brain Injury Case Manager / Director PINC Management Ltd

Janet is the the Director of PINC Case Management Ltd, a niche practice which provides case management services for children with Acquired Brain Injury.
After 3 years working in mainstream case management practices, Janet wished to specialise in purely paediatric work and set up this firm. Prior to becoming a Case Manager, she has over 5 years of practical experience of Neurorehabilitation with daily experience of the issues facing brain injured clients and their families.

Janet offers a fully-inclusive MDT approach to all aspects of rehabilitation, working with a skilled team of neuro paediatric practitioners in the fields of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language, Psychology, Education, Care, Accommodation, Sensory Technology and Transport, in what she hopes is the most efficient and practical way.
In addition she has experience and expertise in advocating for children in education statementing, appeals and working closely with schools to ensure the best level of education and support for children. This expertise is conducted within primary, secondary and further educational settings.
Her practice is a small one, which allows her to provide an individualised child centred approach to all of her clients, and to deliver cost efficient, goal driven case management.
