Meet the presenter: Cecily Lalloo, HR Specialist and Managing Director | Embrace HR Limited

​A HR specialist for over 25 years, since 2013 working with deputies and independent case managers, parents with children with complex care needs and adults with disabilities with care needs. Interested in treating people as reasonably as possible, mitigate risks by knowing legal requirements, and saving money for our clients. Educating and sharing knowledge with those who employ care staff out of a normal business environment such as working in their own homes.

From Zimbabwe, arrived in the UK in 1980 and have been in the UK since. Married in 1981, two children who are adults, one a chartered accountant and the other a science digital communications specialist with Nobel Prizes. A grandson of 4 years old!

Cecily enjoys what she does and to help share her knowledge she has written her first book in a 3-book series. The second book is planned for autumn 2022.
