Meet the Presenter

Victoria Anderson is a Clinical exercise physiologist and founder of Longevity Health and Fitness. Their team of clinical exercise physiologists and rehab specialist personal trainers have extensive experience in creating and delivering personalised clinical exercise programs for individuals with diverse medical conditions and co-morbidities. Their expertise spans orthopedic rehabilitation, cancer care, cardiac rehabilitation, geriatric health (including sarcopenia, osteoporosis, and fall prevention), and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and acquired or traumatic brain injuries.

Longevity Health and Fitness works with leading healthcare consultants, neuro physiotherapists, medico-legal cases and other professionals, alongside charities. 

Victoria is currently studying a PhD in Clinical exercise and has a strong focus on neurological conditions, Victoria is committed to improving quality of life and long-term patient management through evidence-based clinical exercise interventions. She brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by patients and their families, ensuring compassionate and effective care.
