CMSUK / Bond Solon Study Day: Courtroom Skills - Giving Evidence

CMSUK in conjunction with Bond Solon are pleased to offer this one-day course designed for any professional who may be called upon to give evidence in any legal forum. Delegates will learn how to present evidence under cross-examination. The course is designed to impart knowledge, skills and to build confidence.  The day will be presented by Catherine Brown, a qualified barrister with 14 years’ experience of civil law practice.

The Case Management Society UK (CMSUK), is a non-profit association of Case Managers, committed to the delivery of quality case management through standards of best practice while promoting the individual and collective development of case management throughout the United Kingdom.

CMSUK is a charitable company, we became incorporated on 3 July, 2001 and registered as a charity on 6 February, 2006. As a charity our purpose is to protect and promote public well being.

Our Vision Statement is:

To be the professional body for Case Management within the UK and recognised internationally.

Our Objectives as a society are:

1) To build a growing and cohesive community of Case Managers whatever the area of practice.

2) To define and develop a professional framework for Case Managers.

3) To create and develop working relationships with relevant organisations within the UK and internationally.
