Grant is a Solicitor with over 16 years’ experience on behalf of people who have suffered life-changing injury and families who have lost loved-ones in fatal incidents.

Partner at Leigh Day. Catastrophic injury practice in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and amputation. He has a specialist interest in cycling injury cases, leading the Multi-Track Cycling Injuries team, which represents people on bikes with serious injuries and campaigns for better conditions for cycling. 

Grant represented the Claimant/Appellant in Swift v Carpenter; a case which has changed the law in relation to the calculation of damages for increased accommodation claims following injury.
