HCML ANNOUNCES MBO & NEW EXECUTIVE TEAM

The management of Health and Case Management Limited (hcml), the UK's leading provider of professional rehabilitation case management and employment services to the insurance industry, solicitors and corporate clients, has completed a management buy out (MBO) of hcml.

The MBO is supported by Maurice Henchey and Andrew Wigmore who will join hcml’s main Board as Chairman and Director respectively. Helen Merfield, founder of hcml will remain the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Henchey has more than 30 years experience in the health sector and was founder and CEO of Healthcall until its sale in 2001.

Wigmore is founder and Managing Director of specialist communications consultancy Health Squared Communications. He is also Managing Director of market research company Opinion Health.
