Membership Survey 2017 feedback

CMSUK have recently undertaken a membership survey and we are so grateful to the 150 or so members who have completed this.

The survey revealed that the vast majority of our members are working case managers, with associate or full memberships, so it is understandable why one of the most important components were you thoughts on the professional guidance and training that CMSUK can provide.

Interestingly, almost half of the respondents were members of other Case Management organisations as well as CMSUK, which demonstrates the importance and value that such organisations offer.  The provision of study days, professional documentation and the joint working between the professional organisations also scored highly within the survey.

It is apparent that the location of training and the conferences can be a difficulty. As some of us are remote workers, we can live in all areas of the country, however the location of courses are usually centralised. This means that almost three quarters of those that responded have never been to an AGM and we shall take action as a board to make the AGM especially much more accessible and possibly delivered in a ‘live webinar’ format.  The vast majority would recommend CMSUK to a colleague, which is encouraging.
