The Events Committee is instrumental in raising the awareness and profile of CMSUK. We are proud of our most successful Conference yet held May 2007 in Bristol and are already working on providing an even better Conference for November 2008 in Manchester.
Any organisation interested in sponsorship opportunities or wishing to exhibit at the conference and study day events to contact us at any time for information. (Please see below for email link.)
We are always interested to hear from members of CMSUK who would be interested in joining us as we work together to make sure all CMSUK events are interesting, engaging and successful.
As an Events Committee member your main responsibility is to assist in organising national CMSUK events and conferences. Some of the exciting activities include targeting and obtaining sponsorship, producing marketing literature, co-ordinating speakers, contacting national press and medical journals for coverage of our conference.
You need not have previous experience of these responsibilities as this committee presents personal growth opportunities for those not previously experienced in these sorts of activities.
If you would like more information on becoming a part of this committee please email the committee by clicking here
